I go in and give him 5 dollors for gas and i also ask for some rolling papers and he asked me how old i was and I told him i am 17 and he says No...So I asked him why he wouldent sell me rolling papers and he said because I was too young. I told him how old should i be to buy rolling papers and he said 18 so I asked what he thought i was going to use the papers for and he said he dident care. I told him one secound and got my mom to buy them for me and i also told her to tell the guy that i wanted a blunt too and sum insence :D But still the guyz a fucking moron!

Or rice paper, if you can find it. They carry it in Oriental specialty food stores, and is intended to be used for wrapping ingredients for various dishes. Rice paper is the same thing most typical rolling papers are made of. The only thing missing is the adhesive strip, but a VERY little dab of mucilage works well. It won't burn as well as rolling papers, since they contain additives to help control the burn rate. But, in a pinch, it's probably the best substitute available.

If you buy it in a food store, you'll need to dry it out first. Put one sheet in the oven at about 250 - no hotter - for a half hour or so.

You used to have to be 16 to buy tobacco and tobacco products here, but when I was finally old enough to buy them they changed the law from 16 to 18. That really pissed me off, not because I personally couldn't buy them, but because the government is basically saying "you were old enough to do this, but now we think you're not" which makes absolutely no sense. But now i'm 18 and I don't give a shit, even though I still get asked for ID... usually when that happens I just laugh and say "are you serious?". lol

Hey, I can dig that.. I've started to feel it, too.. For a while it seemed like the boards were really negative, but like a few of the Cannabis.com Veterans (I don't mean they're old, just that they've been on this site longer than any of us) said, this site goes in cycles.. Okay, it was my last day of school, just got out of my last GCSE exam and need some skins and tobacco. I go to the shop on the way home and this guy asks for ID, I give him my ID, and just as he's ringing up my skins and baccy some old women who works there comes over and tlls him not to sell it to me. Her reason: I was in school uniform. I tell her that their policy is bullshit... She didn't appreciate this.
