Gallup's June 16-19 poll finds that 41% of Americans say they would like the supreme court to become more conservative,while 30% want it more liberal,and 24% would keep it as it is now.

If the Republican Party is smart, they would appoint a Moderate, or it would come back to bite them in the ass in 08. Just my thought.

its also tooooo funny to hear the dems and their kool-aid drinkers tell the republicans who they should nominate.i love that.you do know you lost the election and most of your seats dont you?you have NO say anymore on who we decide to nominate and when we decide to do that.too bad you have a shitty filibuster plan and are going to lose this battle. :D
