need a cheap/good light

Hey everyone,
Well I'm on a budget and have two plants that are going well but I need a better lighting system. I only have some crappy flood lights. I need to be able to get them at like Lowes or wal-mart or something. They need to be cheap lights but still good for growing. Also I cant use tubes because I dont have the setup to put them in and cant pay for everything I would need to get them in my grow room. I would like to know what you guys think would work. use the highest wattage compact floro u can find at walmart...or lowes....will screw into any bs light fixture...i used some to vegg for 2 months...and was satisfyed....id make sure you not only hang them above the canopy but on the sides of your plant as well....the best ones u can get at walmart and are like 14 bucks last time i saw them there....they are about 10-12 dollars at lowes when i bought some there but the bigger ones at walmart have more lumens...hope this helps...peace
