wanting to start a grow section should i buy this please help

That light seems to have a good reflector on it, I think it may work out ok!

How many plants you planning on growing. I do 4 with a HPS 600 -- you're looking at less than half that with that setup you linked to. I could probably add another 2 plants in there.

With that 250hps you can maintain 3 plants atleast. My 200 hps is maintaing 2 mothers and a clone. My biggest plant I am about to put into the light schedule 12/12. Ill try to leave pictures on this forum some where.
