Can anyone tell me how long I should leave my light on after my seedlings have just sprouted. I've been using 12/12 and they reaching for the light(which is about an inch away from the sprout. Thanks

No no no...you should have them on 18/6 or 24/0. You have just put them into 12/12, which is forcing flowering. You don't want the plant to flower yet, you need some veg time put in. So switch a.s.a.p, unless you want them to flower now...which I would not recommend...you want anything worthwhile, put into 18/6 or 24/0. Good luck
