my outdoor plant is 5 days old it is a little taller than an toothpick and when it spoughted it whent out at an angle and the top where the leaves are developing are a little droopy so i tied it to a toothpick sticking out of the soil with a bread tie will this correct these problems.

you've either underwatered or you've overwatered. Probably the latter, and you may have watered on the stem as suppose to around the stem. young seedlings are proned to "Damping Off" at the soil line. Soggy soil is bad.
