Can anybody tell me the differance between a "drug screen" and a "urinalysis" (sp). Sorry but Its driving me crazy not knowin...................

Drug screen just means a drug test, urine/blood/hair etc
Urinalysis is the chemical analysis of urine.

I don't think a urinalysis tests for drugs. I'm pretty sure it's just a test to make sure everything is ok with your kidneys and bladder and stuff.

yea its just the type of test. its more specific than just saying drug screen
