do that for a minute, then stand with your back to a wall and cross your arms against your chest and hold your breath. get a friend to press on your arms pressing you into the wall. its really trippy... i've never done it stoned though... sure it would be crazy

That "head rush" just makes me cough and stop breathing (i do it with EVERY bottle i finish:D) but it's unpleasant
