help...drug test Friday

hey...so...i had a bowl Tuesday night, and just found out that i have a test friday. i think i have pretty high metabolism. i am about 6'2", 155lbs, and scared shitless. it is very important that i pass this test, and i read everyones suggestions, and am still scared out of my mind. the other problem is that the test is around 4 friday, but...hafta go do things from 8 until the test. anybody have any suggestions, hints, or whatever to help me out? i would greatly appreciate it!! :)

well ur kinda too late to try and exercise so the day of.. i dont know wat it is u have to do in the time before the test but definitely definitely try n make time to eat a lot and pee as many times as u can! however you can't drink too too much or ur pee will definitely be diluted! also i dont think i have to say it but definitely stop till friday! and dont do it after the test until u hear bout the results in case u do end up having to take the test again.. good luck
