yeah...today I went to the park and just ran a bit. I was sober for like half the day and decided i need the rush and time to just let go of and fuckin run...anyway there was these skater kids and this girl invited me over to chill with them. They seemed really mellow so i asked them if they smoked and they dident (expect sum of thems moked cigs). There was this guy Matt who tried to teach me how to skateboard and i had a good time i guess...I felt realli bad tho cuz Matt was totally checking me out and im not over Luc yet...I was acting interested too (which was a bad idea)...then when my mom comes to pick me up he asked me out to go skating...he said I was in good shape and he thought I was realli pretty good for my first lesson (Not my first lesson but he doesent kno that) well he wants to teach me sum more moves...what do i do? I said i'de think about it and i gave him my number... :(

I feel realli realli bad cuz that park was where me and luc had our first date...but then again I did have fun and they were all very nice. Not at all like my friends from school (who are so doped up and gossip a lot) these kids dont really care whats going on if its not happening to them (matts words heh)...anyway im confused....realli confused.......

I dont feel sorry for myself....the first night i thought i was going insane and i was going to end up in a hospital tho....I cried once about it today and thats realli pretty good...i have no idea why im taking it so well...i dont kno I have no more tears!!!! Broken hearts SUCK. And, unfortunately, it seems that us ladies go through many a heartbreak before we find "the one". There is nothing wrong with going out in a group situation (like you did at the park) where it isn't a "one on one" thing. Those tend to allow you to do more than your right mind may advise! One thing, though honey--PLEASE don't have the mindset that you have to find a husband soon! Between 17 and 25 I dated a LOT. Met the love of my life in college--we broke up and didn't speak for 2 years. We lived a few hours apart, so never saw each other or anything. We both dated, did GOD knows what else, but grew up A LOT. Didn't get back together until we were 25, and married 7 months later. That was 9 years ago.

I do remember being 17 and in love. Being 17 with a broken heart. Being 17 and getting on with my life. Best thing to do, is keep the good memories, but remember that everything happens for a reason. well matt called to confirm and I said yes and i asked if anyone else would be there and he said yes so its gunna be a group thing. Im really happy i just made sum good friends.
