high all,
I need some new music happening. I haven't downloaded anything in so long, my mp3 player is in need of some rockin!
Anyone recommend some good stoner rock? I like everything from High on Fire, to Pantera, to Strung Out, to Lynyrd Skynyrd, to Sabbath, to Zeppelin...anything pretty much. Suggest some shit, let me know what you people are listening to!
Please keep your gangsta rap to yourself.

right on Mono, I love UM....
I've been jammin on this ALO song for a while. It's called Istla Vista, I'll try and figure out how to attach it. This is a live version. I listen to alot of live shit. Check out www.archive.org there is tons of live music from a shit load of bands available to download. Mostly funk, jam, rock, psychadellic... shit like that. It's cool.

Actually that mp3 I'm guessing is on an open source liscence... meaning it can be put ANYWHERE without copyright issues. The file name looks like he got it from archive.org which only has open source music. UM along with lots of other jam bands, feels live music should be shared freely, so recordings of their concerts are legal to own and distribute freely.
... though I can't say much about all the other copyrighted stuff that gets posted.
... though I can't say much about all the other copyrighted stuff that gets posted. I agree. People should stick with only posting media under the
Creative Commons (http://creativecommons.org/) license to respect the owner of the server.
