how and when does it bud

I'm 15 and just started out growing about a month ago. I have one plant thats about 5 inches and I just transplanted it to the outdoors. When do u think its going to bud.

when the light starts getting shorter, the plant will start fruiting ;)

same principal works indoors you cut back the light to 12/12 to trick the plant into thinking the seasons are changing.

It's called force flowering. But you have to switch the light to 12/12...but it's outside so you have to wait for nature to do its thing. I don't know where you live, so it's up to you to find when nature starts going on 12/12.
