well my damiana & scullcap came in the mail today. I swallowed a bunch of smoke When i tried to smoke it(i haven't smoked in so long) hehe
The damiana tasted like the marijuana i used to have; it was probably just the aluminum pipe i made.
Anyway, how much damiana should you smoke to get an effect? same for scullcap & passion flower. i took a couple of hits & nothing really happened, but it's a small bowl, so i don't know.

and how long are the effects supposed to last? i think i might have felt something but it only lasted 10 min. :( isn't it supposed to last a couple of hours?

i've done DXM many times. only 150 mg though.
and they don't even sell morning glory seeds anymore around here! i don't know why.
what do you suggest for 150 mg of DXM like highs? i know 150 mg doewsn't seem like a lot but i like the recreational dose. :)

Well, if your happy with the herbal stuff, power to you. I'm sure it's safer than doing DXM. It is a good alternative to if you don't want to smoke pot. Whatever floats your boat.

the varitety of scullcap that is supposed to work is desert scullcap and that may be minimul. damania doesnt do shit and passion flower is an maoh inhibitor and you must be carefull with it. It is taken as a tea and you need an awfull lot of it to work. Syrian Rue does the same thing at lower doses "3 grams". but with maoh inhibitor they are good for potentiating other stuff like oral dmt or shrooms. I would study maoh inhibitors on erowid first because they can be dangerous of taken with certain foods.

well i knew they were just "mild sedatives" but now everyone's saying they don't work at all. i can't think of anything else cause i just want something recreational, nothing psychedelic. i really liked DXM but even that i only want a low dose.

If you only eat like 2 or 3 woodrose seeds you'll probably get few or no psychedelic effects, and just the sedative part.
