So let me see if I understand the law.

My neighbor smells Marijuana plants or sees me for some reason in my garage and catches a glimpse of a plant, he can call the police and they can get a warrant just on that?

What if he thought it was Marijuana and really wasn't? The police still can raid your house?

Sounds like people should make those anonymous calls or in some cases you can do it online to some police depts. and make up a story. Soon this would stop when innocent people are raided for an anonymous tips, I would think America would put a stop to it? Fight fire with fire?

I guess knowing it is false makes it wrong but on the other hand you could always say to the police it looked like Marijuana plants and they have many visitorsā?¦. How could they prove you were making it up and itā??s anonymous anyways?

Besides a family getting pissed off, the cops would look like idiots and Narcs would have no creditability anymore and one less paranoia to deal with.

I guess the difference between pot smokers and the government is we fight a fair war so we would never do this.

its a good idea. people have gotten raided for having an ounce where i live. i could definitly see giving an anonomyous tip to the cops about my house, and then clean it out, and making the cops look like asses.

well those of you who agree, post this idea around the web and maybe enough people will stand up and make a change.

I can see law enforcement going ape shit not knowing if it's a true report or not. We can win this unjust practice.

sorry to say twin,but i don't think it will ever change....there will always be fuckin scum sucking narks as long as there are illegal activities.....just buy a .45

I couldn't do it, well if I knew a NARC I would but I believe in, do unto others as...... I just wish something would change. I would pay $$ if I got caught, just lay off the prison shit. Fine, someone growing hundreds of plants is not smoking all of it but those who grow 12 or less..... come on. Unless feminized 12 plants could turn into 5 or 6 in a month or so from planting.


I wish NARCS and LEO felt the same way. What if LEO had a realitive or even LEO had an illness and need Marijuana, damn NARCS!
