No they cannot. If U.S. Customs sieze your package they take the contents and send you the empty package and a letter saying contraband was found. They do not come after you or watch you.

Well....um....I think Zero meant the WON'T search your house....

But to answer your question, with a "CAN THEY?..."

In a New York second.

Will they?

Not unless you got 100's of them.

Customs themselves do not 'usually' raid your home....they forward their information to appropriate agencies and then let the agency with juristiction make the decisions.

But I wouldn't worry about a 10 pack of seeds...

Man thats something I have no idea about...

But, use some logic....

Order from someone here who has a good reputation.

When you go shopping, dont go crazy...

some of these, some of those, some of them, some of that.....

with the names these seeders have created, its like me going to Jamaica for 7 days and buying 7 months worth of smoke.... :)

Or, like a fat pig hog of a woman going to the Hungry Hefer Buffet after not eating for 3 days.

Before you know it, you have 10 seeds of 10 different strains and there is no way you could grow that in a year...

Pick an indoor / outdoor specific strain or 2 and order bout 5 seeds of each.

The ultimate ideal, i suppose, is to grow a strain you like, and keep the genome of that plant continuing for a while if you like the buzz.

Just dont go crazy shopping....order a 10 pack and you'll be just fine.

In most all likelyhood. :D

Is there any advantage to renting a PO Box for seed delivery? Is it that big a deal to just have them delivered to my home since we've just talked about how it's relatively safe if you order from a good company? Seems like the risks are the same either way... Or am I just being a cheap ass who doesn't really want to spend the $35?

Oh, and anyone can answer. I keep asking ya, Harddon, because you're AWESOME, but I feel kinda bad monopolizing your time! :p

Even if you get a P.O. Box, you can still be tracked. Nowadays, any and every federal agency involved with mail knows whom owns what PO Box.

I think I would just order the damn seeds and keep the order small and you will be fine. You will still be paranoid but thats normal.

Many many many people have ordered without incident.

i always thought if i did order some i would
send cash,use a fake name on the order,n send them to a house noone lives in or a friends that dont smoke or have anything to do with weed.if anything went down none of your names are on it,i seen i think seedsdirect has a order form where you can send cash by mail(i think)

There have been times when LEO or postal inspectors gets the package and delivers it them selfâ??s. They dress like a postal person and have you sign for the package. Then they have probably cause to search and then it's game over.

Dont sign for any package and dont order from a dealer who makes you sign for them.

Who does that anyhow?

Do seed dealers actually make people sign?

And, if you do sign for something that you dont know what it is, thats cool....

At my place of employ, i have a mail receptionist who signs for fed ex, dhl, mail and every other service under the sun.

people here order shit all the time and she never evens knows thier names. not her job.

once you get your coffee beans, just leave them on a desk in their package for a week....

if the feds bust in, there they are still.

I wouldnt sweat it....just keep the order small.

No ones come knocking at my door. I've ordered all my seeds to my home. May not be the smartest thing to do. I do keep my orders small. I can only grow so much. I order once a year.

99.9% of the time there is never going to be a problem either. Just use a fake name and if anybody asks about the name you have no clue and never sign for anyting under that name and that should take care of that last 0.1%
