Hey guys, I do not recommend using their company as a means of getting any smoking accessories they offer. They have HORRIBLE customer service, as they are YET to respond to my various e-mails I sent them about my TWO MISSING BONGS. I ordered two -water-pipes- from them for a total of about $100 back in the end of FEBRUARY. i asked it to be delivered to an overseas location which was supportered as im staying abroad for some time.

Well, its the middle of june and no bong or any communication or tracking, even though they did notify me a week after i paid, that they were both just shipped out.

I wouldnt put anything past em now, i dont know what to do other than write it off as a loss.....

dont support these bunch of fumbling idiots!

It COULDNT be cuz it states they ship internationally, it just takes more time. But it sure aint 4 months with NO SUPPORT or COMMUNICATION after 6 emails were sent out.

I'm thinkin bout hittin up the BBB on their asses. But complaining to the Better Business Bureau about an on-line headshop won't look to good.....

i payed by paypal for two pipes from them over a month ago, and i still have not recieved them. i am not even overseas. they have not responded to the many emails i have written, and i have to say that northwestglassart can suck my balls.

If you paid them via the net u can get a refund pretty easy.

maybe you can do a chargeback directly thru your credit card without having to go into the bank - without even having to talk to anyone at your branch...I really sweat buying anything without using paypal or something. I hate paypal and their dumb fees, but I feel more secure using them. A friend of mine just got ripped off by a craft store...the oriental trading company or something...seems someone hacked into their system and took their customers info...it's been a mess for about a week now....
