I know hardly anyone will read what I have to say, but I still want it to sound right. So..be gentle please I'm very hesitant about the last question. I don't know what to say and I think my answer sounds snotty or stupid..so...something... :o

How long have you been smoking pot? I've been smoking medicinally for 2 years now, and recreationally since I was sweet 16.
How often do you smoke (times per day or week)? Daily, I'm smoking right now!
What's your preferred smoking method? I like ice bongs, nice and smooth.
How long have you been reading High Times? since age 14
Are you willing to pose with marijuana/paraphernalia? You bet your bong!
What type of music do you most like? I love smoking out and listening to music. Tool or Nirvana when I need to ground myself, Incubus when I am feeling just right with the world, DMX when I need to get my gangsta on, Ludacris and Skynard when I need a shot of southern pride, Kottonmouth Kings and Sublime for social smoking and of course some Tenacious D to rock your fucking socks.
What are your hobbies/interests? corsetry, photography, rpg's, music, fantasy, computers, and writing bad poetry. (Don't worry, I won't force any on you) ;-)
What did you do last Saturday night? (Be honest!) Smoked out with a couple of girlfriends and watched chick flicks all night. We thought taking pictures would be a good idea. It wasn't; though it did make me realize just how high I was that night. lol
What is your dream? I would love to learn how to grow. Some of the strains look so interesting. I am dying to try my hand at Domina Haze, there's a strain that would whoop your ass and make you like it! ;-)
Why do you think we should pick you to be Miss HIGH TIMES?
I think a more professional image would be good for High Times and the movement. We aren't all 16-year-old Hooters girls "Lookin' 4 sum fun". Well, we are all looking for sum fun, but there are more things in heaven and earth. MJ women are multi-faceted. We should showcase someone who represents the beauty, brains, and depth of a real woman. My story is long and slightly boring so I'll skip the detail and cut straight to the bone. I had weight loss surgery two years ago and lost 250 pounds with some complications and a lot of struggle. The surgery caused some debilitating side effects that prescription medicine could not address...and I tried so many of them months blur. My doctor whispered to me that I should try smoking and that it was strictly off the records as medical use is not legal in my state. It changed my life, I was finally able to enjoy myself and live without hinderance. I am an advocate of medical and recreational use and would like to represent that. I would be humbled if I was chosen, to go from a random fat chick to Miss High Times would be such an accomplishment.

Thats great i love corsets they are one of the sexiest items of clothing a woman can own.Have you got very far with that it can be quite painful i have heard.Nicole kidman broke a few ribs i think because of corset training making moulan rouge.I have 2 but not for that purpose because i just love the way they make my body look.Do you make or design them at all scarlett.I have an idea for one that i would like for my wedding to match my medievil dress.Can you get them custom made?

I used to design leather clothing and sell it on ebay, a lot of my corsets are my own creations however I had to stop that gig a while back. As soon as I have some time and resource to start back up I would love too, that was so much fun.
Right now I tightlace down to 26 inches, like the pictures in I did in black. heh

Incidentally, any good corset sites you'd be willing to share? I have a mild obsession with all things pin-up, but a lot of the corsets I've come across look very similar... yawn.

strictly judging your answer I would say that yes, you are stuck at 16. Your body may have aged, but you still have a high school type cattiness that is both offputting and oddly nostalgic.

I just think it is very amusing that a woman of your years would WANT to be in High Times. It's kind of sad. Bizzare even.

Great pictures, great answers to the questions Scarlett. You're sensational. I may not be into your scene (come at me with a whip and I'd flatten you), but I can appreciate a good looking woman with brains and class. If High Times doesn't take notice of you, there's something wrong with them, not you.

As for the thing for HighTimes; I liked it alot, though I do agree with you that you may do better without the "...my story is long and boring...", and I also agree with 4252 when he said that the bit about your past troubles may be slightly too much; like he said, talk about your good qualities as opposed to negative subjects. It's the same with anything; people remember what they want to remember, and alot of people (especially in certain environments, such as an application or interview like this) tend to remember the negative over the positive. Like I said, i'm stoned, I don't know.

I look forward to seeing you on the cover of HT great answers how could they not pick you you sound and look great.plus I can tell my mates they have it in their shop hey i know her..my wife has just bought some material to try corsetry she has also dragged me around lots of shops to get patterns
