Which seeds?

Hello everyone. I have a baggy with about a hundred different seeds. Some are brownish, some are white, some are light green and so on. Which ones are the best ones to plant? Do different color seeds mean different strains or does it reflect upon the quality of the seed? Thanks.

First of all, since your in chicago, you should give me some seeds you know? Second of all, the good ones are usually a brownish color sometimes with stripes. Also you have to check if they 'squish' when you press your finger on them. Finaly you have to see if they sink in water. If they pass all the tests then they probably will germinate if done correctly. Goodluck to you.
