diphenhydramine

Hello. This is Laura speaking.
I wanted to know how long you should wait after doing diphenhydramine (benadryl) before doing it again. The only similar drug I've used is DXM, which (because I'm *responsible*) I wait 4-10 days before I do it again, even though the most I've used at a time is 150 mg (I'm not into the Psychedelic Effects right now) and I just started with benadryl at 100 mg.
Also, what are the lower dose effects of it? Even when I took 50 mg (labeled as a sleep aid) I could definitely see the sedative effect. I even knew I was thinking different; less thoughts; and with 100 mg something kind of weird happened. At T + 1:45 something felt like something cracked in my brain and for a couple of seconds, the only thing I can describe it is everything seemed clearer. It kind of felt like a minor panic attack, I don't know. It was weird. Then the sedative effects started about 30 min. later & my thoughts were very simple & everything, which I liked, even if I was just making it up. Then I feel asleep at T + 3:15 and slept until T + 8:00.
I might have been making it all up, that's a problem with me, I never know if it's the drug or just me, or maybe I'm really sensitive. But anyway, I wanted to do it again but I know how you should wait with DXM, so I was just wondering.

I take diphenhydramine almost every day(sleep aid) I don't think there should be any kind of cross tolrance with DXM. If you have to ask if a drug affect was real or just imagination, well, you answered your own question. DXM is a real high, but don't let it ruin you're veiw of drugs, it's legal for a reason.

I wait at least a month before I take Diphenhydramine but I take high doses combined with DXM, roughly 700-900 mg Diphenhydramine and about 500-700mg DXM. I think a safe time for your low doses would be around once every 2 weeks., Maybe twice. Also if you are curious about high doses I would reccomend you start increasing your dose maybe 100mg each time.
