red spots

hey my plant is geting infested wtih these tiny red spots on the lower leaves and its spreading towars the top. the spots tend to accumulate in the center vain of the leaf and spread outward. whats wrong here?

ok heres the pics...little blurry but u get the point with the red dots. other leaves that i cut off were filled with them...these leaves only have some

I think its caused by bugs. it's an outside grow so ladybugs are out of the question. try and see if u can find any bugs on em.
