At least 20 (300mg), but no more than 40 (600mg) for a first-time trip. 25-30 caps (375-450mg) would likely produce an intense experience for you.

20 seems to be the average but i take 60 and i weigh 145 pounds, but i WOULD NOT suggest that for a first time, unless u wanna think ur gonna die the whole time.
hahaha, the first (and only) time I robotripped (I drank robitussin) I thought I was going to die the whole time. I kept asking everyone around me, "do you think I'm going to die? Are you sure I'm not going to die?"

I definitely reccommend not doing that to other people also tripping, definitely a buzzkill. haha.

A guy I know took a whole bottle/package of pills and was tripping for a good eight hours, but he was an experienced DXM tripper.
