Last night I was watching Worlds Wildest Police Videos with the living legend that is Sherrif John Burnell. Anyway, there was an incedent where a couple of teens were pulled over by some cops for throwing litter out the car. The cops ask to search the car becuase he can smell weed. The cops tell them that if its just a small amount for personal use they would be let go (which you probably wouldn't believe if it was you, and rightly so). The teens deny that there are any drugs in the car. One cop see's the guy try to hide something and yanks him out of the car. The cops pick up a baggie with a tiny bit of weed inside. The weed is confiscated and true to their word they let the teens go.

I was watching and thinking how cool those cops were. Why can't there be more cops like that? They seem to be a dying breed.

cops actually usually arn't hard asses if you just have a little weed

a couple days ago my friend was smokin with some friends in her car and the cops pullde her over he just told them not to do that while they were driving then left.

fuck that! those cops were just being that way cuz they were on tv. i got pulled over with a god damn bowl LESS THAN A GRAM and the cops were total dicks, they were looking for any reason to take someone to jail (wish i hadn't given them one but i did) they pulled us over for a busted headlight (wasn't my car) and then they were all looking in it, saw that the place where the stero was, was empty wtih a bunch of wires coming out (don't know why he had it taken out) then saw the radio sitting in the back seat, tried to get any of us to admit it was stolen (which it wasn't) and even called the damn station to have them run a 15-20 check on the serial numbers on the stero. after they found that out they got all pissed and pulled us out to serach us (doing it roughly might i add) then they searched the car. they found my weed (i tried to eat it but for some reason couldn't swallow it so i through it under the seat hoping they'd be satisfied that they searched the radio and didn't find nothing and let us go) but no, they searched, found and proceded to interogate. after a bunch of shit i decided i wasnt' letting either my brother or friend take the fall for it (it was both mine and my brothers but he was my lil bro and i felt like i had to) so i admitted it was mine. off my happy ass went to jail, spent a night there and ended up paying probably 2000 dollars total, along with having my drivers liscense suspended (WHICH I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE!!) for 6 months (didn't find out til 6 months later that the time doesn't even start until i went to apply for it) have to take a drug awarness program (around another 100) and pay EXTRA insurance called "high risk insurance" on my already going to be extremely high insurance rate becasue i'm under 25......

On Worlds Wildest Police Videos, when you (wil86) said that you thought the cops were cool, when they pulled the guy out of the car, they threw him a mile and his girlfriend just stood there shocked while he got manhandled (sp?) lol, i thought it was funny tho, the way he spun round like a mo-fo when they grabbed him

in britain there fairly lax mostly they'll just confiscate it an let you go
after a few times youll get a formal warning and a few times after that you'll get arrested
the only time they haul you in for a firt time is if you do it in a scholl or somthing like that
