My room is nice and neat. I like my room. All my pictures on the walls, some sweet old fashioned christmass lights and the walls are also painted with a sponge so it looks cool.

Ha bingo, my room looks like that, all my firends room looks like that. I have the odd friend that actually cleans their rooms. But they are few and far between. I think the problem is that everything we get we have to keep in our rooms or it get stolen. All the clothes, trophies, books, magazines, toys the odd time. You parents think you are so smug, but you have a whole house to hide your crap throughout. The garage, the basement, storage areas. Trust me if you had to cram everything you owned into one room and had to look for it to get it your rooms would look the same.

Hey Duppy ~lol~ you have my sympathies
I too have a teen like this, I ignore it as best as can because pleading,
screaming and pulling out of own hair doesn't work ~lol~ :p
Every so often, normally after I eventually explode he does it, every inch
of it to the last detail and it stays that was for about 3days - then the
cycle begins again....
Keep smokin' em.....it helps :D

I don't see what the issue of a dirty room is. It's not your living space, what happened to live and let live. She's not imposing her dirtyness on you. Just a thought.

carrying it through the house is not cool. I have always believed your bedroom is your space and if you can standing living like a pack rat who really cares. But when they do nothing around the house and contiune their bad habits outside their room I feel you have every right to do what you need to.
Good luck, look at the bright side anywhere from 5-7 years they will have moved out of the house then you can go to their place and drop everything at your ass. lol

Me too!! Especially seeing those clothes hanging out of the drawers. I would have to keep her door shut at all times because my skin crawls just looking at that mess.
my rooms nearly always clean and tidy.....i like being clean.
But i am almost positive that i have lived in one of the messiest flats....in was digusting....not just messy but dirty and....urgh
one of the guys who lived with me in the flat was the smelliest, dirtiest guy ever.....he stunk all the time and still does....no personal hygiene at all. ill take a photo of my room when my parents get back later.
