Anyway the deal here is that you join for a fee and if you are unable to afford it they will give it to you for free saying this is not a buisness but a religion. You are then ordained as a cannabis minister and given a card with your info on it much like a drivers license which gives you the right to use, grow and posess cannabis. You are then protected under the constitution under the religious beliefs of your new faith and are allowed to use cannabis as a sacriment. I think a sacriment is like what those little wafers are to jewish people and what holy water is to some priests.

I would be skepticle to just jump into that one.
Anyone who will 'ordain' you online is not exactly sounding legit.
They do not know who they affiliate themselves with in this way so have no way of ensuring the integrity of their ministry. Anyone could sign up, pay and get their kit but who is to say anyone there has a right to ordain anyone as a minister of their organisation and be recognised by law enforcement?
Well only recognised religeons can claim religeous exemption to marijuana laws and prosecution. Or else I could 'create' the Church Of The Sacred Bong, start a web page and then begin handing out minister cards and telling people that whatever I believe in is legal because I said so. There are religeons that practiced canabalism as a sacrament, ritual murders, and many other barbaric ideals but we cannot today say it is legal because one day in the past in some corner of the globe it was acceptable.
These guys are claiming that membership with them will allow you use of marijuana legally ANYWHERE in the world. No one organisation on this planet can honestly claim that kind of superceedance of laws everywhere. Nobody can trump every government and law enforcement agency. That claim alone is what tells me they are not legit.
I dont believe they are even a recognised religeon in ANY country.
Its a crock dude, but a nice fantasy.

reynolds v. united states (1878) a mormon was convicted of bigamy. he claimed that it was religious and protected under the first amendment. the court ruled that one can believe what they want but not practice. if it is in conflict with law, you cant do it
Sounds like a load of BS to me. Using weed for "religious purposes" in order to smoke legally huh.............

well, I lost all faith in them when I read:
1. Cannabinoids are found in all species above mollusks and are concentrated in mothers breastmilk. this gives the baby "the munchies" so they will eat.
2. apparently living and breathing air causes "free radicals", some sort of negative cells, but they do not pertain as to what they actually are. cannabis destroys them.
3. cannabis protects you from sunburns.
4. cannabinoids are found in white blood cells and are also responsible for the immune systems anti-inflamatory properties (it is an anti-inflamatory, at least for me, but don't tell me it's the body's main chemical for it)
5. The body naturally produces cannabinoids and regulates levels accordingly when you need to be hungry or not. (that's right, our whole need for food is determined by cannabinoid levels).
and so on and so on...
