If I was on the jury, they would have to PROVE he did it THIS TIME around for me to convict him. However, not being a juror, and just giving my observation and whats going down, and having known child molestors and kids who were molested, and being familiar on a very close with the whole court situation (though not the celebrity scale), I don't feel bad at all saying I have very strong intuitions that tell me he molested kids. Probobly worse. Once again I find myself agreeing with Amsterdam. Actually I think the punishment could be evenb harsher. I always hear about how everyone has the right to be rehabilitated. Fuck that! Every child has the right not be be molested, what about their right?

A recent case out here in California proves this point. Some sick fucker had kidnapped some kid and molested him for years before he escaped and the guy was caught. they actually made a tv movie about that case. State legislators are finding that the people in their states are fed up with scumbags ruining the lives of countless children, so they are pushing for a law where if you molest ONE child under the age of 12, you get life in prison. Solves that problem, I say.

I live in a private, gated community and we just passed a by-law in which anyone convicted of a sex offense may not rent or own property here. A convicted child molester was evicted immediately. Why the hell he wasn't in jail after raping two little kids is beyond me...

Man, that's a fucked up way to look at it. I'm not necessarily disagreeing, since it probably would be a factor sometimes. In California, people with a third felony conviction get life; it's called the "three strikes and you're out" law. People with two convictions under their belts often go down in a blaze of bullets even over a minor third felony offense. A lot of times they are the one's involved in the tv news car chases.
But the history of child molesters is that they will molest dozens and sometimes hundreds of children. Life in prison is the only answer to stopping them.
