Was wondering how much trips you supposed to do in 1 year? have heard alot of opinions like 12, 16, 6 and 3.. I have had 4 trips this year and wondering if I could still do another as long as it doesn't fuck wit my brain and turn me schizophrenia.. or somethin..

Its measured by weeks, not years. I would recomend to not trip more than 3 to 5 times a month, though.

I'd try to keep it to about 2-3 times a month, the longer you wait inbetween trips, the more rewarding it seems to be.
