This is easy...

Pink Floyd
Bob Marley
Modest Mouse
Tenacious D
Dashboard Confessionals

I've been a Floyd fan forEVER. They're my alltime favorite band. Marley...got into him about 5 months ago. Modest Mouse, liked since I heard their album Good News For People Who Like Bad News (AWESOME album, btw). Tenacious D...Well, I just got into them about a week ago. And Dashboard Confessionals. I've liked them for about 8 months now.

hmm depends what mood i'm in, but i'll say:

yeah, thats really what its like for me. sometimes im feeling really mellow, and want hendrix or pink floyd so i can just get lost in the music. sometimes i want something that gets my adrenaline pumping, so i'll put in rise against or other fast, ahrd-hitting rock, and sometimes i want to relax, and i'll put in rap.

Oh man tenacious D is awesome. There music is hilarious. I think JB and KG are very good singers. If they made an album without the funny lyrics i would probably still buy it becuase the music is pretty mellow.

I've been a Floyd fan forEVER. They're my alltime favorite band.

Funny, I was just in an audio store. They had a Roger Waters concert on the big screen, this $5000 plasma set, with these monster tower speakers.

It looked great, sounded great, only problem with it was --

IT WAS FUCKING PINK FLOYD! :D

Punk rock was invented because of Pink Floyd, you know. True. In 1976, John Lydon aka Johny Rotten walked into a clothing shop in London that was run by Malcom McLauren wearing a t-shirt that said, "FUCK PINK FLOYD" on it. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Anyway, catch a buzz, put on _Live at Leeds_, and listen to "Summertime Blues." Be sure it's maximum volume for Maximum R&B.

And, oh, by the way -- which one's Pink? :p
