i used the coffe and cigarettes diet. Just replace two meals a day with coffe and cigarettes and watch the pounds fly off!

I agree up to a point, I found out some news about my girlfriend, and the past 8 days i've eaten 3 times, i've lost 6 lbs. But im sure if I was smoking I would be gaining!!!
