Legality of 'Shrooms

Apparently, Mushies will turn from their neutral status in the EU (Europe and continent) to a class A (Same as Crack and Heroine injection) with similar penalties, I think this is a step in the wrong direction as it will perusade ppl to try harder drugs such as LSD and other potentially lethal drugs as well.

What are your opinions?
