As for Rollingbackwoods: Ask your mom to use her credit card to make an ebay account so you can sell things. Then make a little cash from selling some items and then go on a spending spree for whatever you need and it can come straight to your door. Make sure it is addressed to you and just tell your mom its some cd's or dvd's or whatever. It's not like the package will say "scale for weed measuring."

I bought a new generic asian digital scale with a readout in english from a medical whosaler in liquidation. It was about $15, is blue and can go up to 200g. In fact, it fits in my pocket.
