 Everything was going great until I changed the resivoir. After I changed it the leaves started getting spotted. I've been reading the Grow Bible, and I'm starting to think that it is a Mg problem. What do you think is it a Mg problem or are they getting burned by the light?

Sry I can't see well with small pictures. Try and get some bigger ones. Also check the pH and make sure the nutes you put in were in propotion. Try maybe changing the resivoir again? Goodluck.

are you using soil?
Mg deficiencies are noticable from the tips of the the leaves, they die and usually curl upwards. Purple colour can sometimes build in the stems and petioles.. you'll usually notice a Mg problem at the top of the plant first.. the growing shoots go lime coloured. In some cases white with green veins...kinda creepy really.. they they saw a ghost :o
Treat Mg symptoms with one-half teaspoon of epsom salt to each Quart of water, water as usual.
if you're running soilless, then chances are you should be getting the plant Mg through some other form of fertilizer
it's possible it's not an Mg problem.

I already use the epsom salt, I read on another site that it could be overwatering. The makers of the system I am using says to run the pump 24hrs. What do you think over watering?

If you are using RO water you need to add back nutrients that are taken out during the RO process. You should use CalMag Plus after you balance the Ph and adjust the nutrients and checked the PPM. Then you add the CalMag plus. Try upping some bigger pictures. Depending on your grow medium and method if growing determines is you water 24-7 or not.

What kind of system is it? From the pictures it looks like nute burn. More info is needed. Do you have a meter to check ppm and ph? When is the last time you flushed with just ph adjusted water?

Gronnh I got a six pack from Ezhydrokits.com. I have a Grocheck Ph meter I do need to get a ppm meter. I have not flushed with just ph adjusted water. I'm getting ready to change to 12/12 should I flush w/plain water for a few days before giving it the flowering nuets?

you should alway's flush between nutreints change. A good comerical flusher is a better choice then plain water. It takes 3 -4 times the volume if you are flushing with plain Ph adjusted RO water.
