there might be soapbar around, but that dosent mean you HAVE to buy it, its only really common in quiet places, of course all the 12yr old chavs will be smoking it but hey, theres alot of bud if you just get to know a few people
and the standard is always good, its either good weed or shit weed, no schwag/mids lol fuck that.
and soapbar isnt made in the uk(some people might of course but not on a big scale) and noone would export it to holland anyway.

Depends on where in the U.S you are. Out here in California people are "legally" growing some of the most potent stuff anywhere for medical use. This stuff could easily go head to head with anything from Europe

here in the US they have hydro that looks and smells good but they sell it wet as hell and expensive. I have seen where people put the buds by a humidifier to give it wieght and it turned moldy and they were still selling it for $50 an eigth. I grew bagseed better than that shit.
