I live in northern India on the Banks of the Himalayan mountians. Weed grow pretty natural up here, and though it's illegal, the authorites don't have the funds of will to really get rid of it. Plus in Hinduism and some other religions, it's a religious plant. But, if you want to smoke, I figure they most someone must be growing it so they can get rid of the male and all that stuff. But I still pay nothing for pot. Pot is just everywhere, and not too much work must be going into getting it, so it's just free for me. Hash does cost money though, I don't how much in units, but a piece of hash can cost me Rupees 50 (one dollor and like 3 cents) which will last me a entire week with an average of 2-3 joints daily. So anyway, it's not the most potent stuff in the world, but it's good. The better stuff is found going up north anywhere in the Himalayas.
