How much does a one-hitter typically hold?

I've just got a pocket scale which doesn't register when I dump the contents of my glass one-hitter onto it. Does anyone have an idea regarding how much these things typically hold? I'm doing a tolerance experiment.

Whats the accuracy of the scale. The weight of the weed in the piece is less than or equal to the accuracy tolerance of the scale. In other words if its good to +/- .3 grams, you have .3 grams or less in the piece.
