hey guys doing good at the ppp journal and will get u pix out when there is more of a noticeable difference ( prolly when they start formin buds cuz they are in flowering now ) but i have a question about pruning....ive heard on here that u should prune some of ur big fat fan leaves to let more light in when growing indoors...im sure its true makes damn good since...but my question is . does it stress the plant to do this ? and if so how bad....is it ok to do this while flowering ? another question is how many do i take and witch ones...theres so many.....hope that wasnt to much to ask about pruing but this grow is going just fine and do not wish to screw it up.....only dumb question is one u dont ask i guess....PEACE

By the time flowering is initiated, the plant should be properly prepared for flower.
That is, the grow shoots should be identified, defined and specific.
There should be no need to 'prune' during flower.
Don't cut the fan leaves. Yes they block light, but, they also help feed the flowers. Don't cut them. Pull of the dead and dying vegetation on the lower part of plant but leave the buds and bud sites as they were when flowing was initiated.
I don't ever cut a fan leaf. Not even during veg.
As your bud develops, the fan leaves will slowly yellow and start browning at the tips. This is normal and natural and a part of the flowering process.
You need the fan leaves. Cut them when manicuring your harvest.
Of course that may not be how others do it so take your pic... :)

well I did a little experiment on an outdoor grow and on one cola I cut the fan leaves on the other I didn't. doesn't make a god damn differences. People who tell you to cut the leaves just have obsessive compulsive disorder about their plants. I would be mad if someone cut some of my body off.
