I stopped smoking about a week ago because I plan to start applying for jobs, what is the best way to clean out my system the fastest? A friend recommended lots of niacin to help clean my system out? has anyone heard of niacin as a cleaning agent? Please help. Peace

I heard about it but actually i didn't try it u can take vitamin C and B , drink lots of water and green tea , and if u can eat garlic eat it is the best for detoxicafication

drink as much water as possible, use certo...32oz mix it with gatorade <- quickest easiest and detox u so fast u wont no it was even there
