Just download the picture you want a resize it in paint to 100x100, then upload it!

well click on "images" in google and then write something such as "weed" or "funny". then youll see a whole bunch of pics and fews are smaller than 100x100 pixels. heres 2 :)

do you have some software like photoshop.......cause you can change it in that....
if you want i can re-size it for you......just ask if you want :)
