any one been to amsterdam?
im almost certanily going next month 4 a couple off weeks :) . it sound's like my idea off heaven, what with all the cafe's the sense off freedom walkin round stoned and not havin a worry in the world, or is it just dream :confused: any one got any story's off holidays to the dam or live there? im lookin for some insite to see if it really is heaven. :cool:

lived with my fathers family there for 2 years after high school.a great country.i would suggest you see more than amsterdam.it is very dirty. :cool:

i have visited other places in holand...this place "texel" or somthing...

I was wondering pretty much the same thing. Actually, I was wondering if there are any cool towns just over the border from Belgium and does pretty much every town have "coffee shops". My wife's going to Antwerp on business and I was thinking of tagging along. Since she'll be working most of the time I'll be free to entertain myself . I was hoping to find a cool little town that I could hang out in and partake without going all the way into Amsterdam everyday.

MAASTRICHT my friend, caters directly to the cross border belgian market, google it or something, its cleaner/safer than the dam, and heaven 69 is one of the best c'shops in holland

I lived in France and England for 2 yrs, and I would go to Amsterdam on the weekends to get weed and get stoned. Also my girlfriend was studying in a town called Breta, it is about an hour train ride from Amsterdam and they have many coffeeshops as well. But Amsterdam is a wild place. I will give u a scenario... My first time there I was 19 and I just got off the train and went looking for the first cool looking coffeeshop I could find, so I found 1 called The Funny People, it was a real small 1 so I was sure the weed would be cheap. I didn't know what to expect, so I walk in and there is like a small bar that has a menu sitting on it, it is a menu of weed and hash. So u choose how many grams of whichever u want and they throw it on some digis, stick it in a bag and give it to u I never had such a rush in my entire life. If u find the funny people I would reccomend the Purple Skunk it is 5 euros a gram and it's very good. Don't forget mushrooms are legal as well...Have Fun
