my uncle had a field in upstate NY and he grew there every year for 17 years, one year some guy came and took his sprouts out and started growing his own, so my uncle was pissed, moved his shit to a swam, and when harvest came, he went out at night and stole the guys harvest, probally 6 pounds of skunk, and left a note saying "dont ever grow here again, it is my land"

it's probably just some dirty ditch weed, that and a lot of hemp does grow naturally around the US. My guess is that some grower didn't just plant just one out in the middle of nowhere.

go ahead and take it. I say if theres not a no trespassing sign anywhere and its a public area, then why not? The guy who planted it there knew the risks that someone might steal it. He'll know better next time. What is he/she gonna do, call the cops and report missing weed? Just be careful and there will be no way for him to trace the theft to you.

Fuck you. If its a few plants growing in a public area I dont know what the problem is. I dont think the original poster meant he came across a full blown pot field.

So, you park your car on a public street. Someone comes along and steals it. You cool with that? It was in a public place, after all. You should have known better. Next time, park in a private lot. What, you don't like that?
Didn't think so.

What a bad analogy. A care is much more expensive and necessary than weed for most people. And its legal to own one. So I'm assuming you must be working hard everyday fighting for legalization, with your bleeding heart and all. I hope you're writing letters everyday to the thousands of people who are in jail right now for smoking pot. I mean, how can you toke up everyday and not feel guilty? Give me a break.

Don't be so sure. I am about to plant and I do not want to attract alot of attention by planting a "crop" so close to eachother so I am planting my plants several feet away from eachother. So if one were to walk up upone a plant (VERY VERY VERY UNLIKELY WHERE I AM GROWING) it would look like just a random wild grow out in the middle of nowhere.
He'll know better next time. What is he/she gonna do, call the cops and report missing weed?
No, next time he may set up booby traps or sit there random nights and wait with a gun and shoot the person taking his stash.
What a bad analogy. A car is much more expensive and necessary than weed for most people. And its legal to own one.
You making yourself look really stupid ya know.
Stealing is stealing. No mater what it is. Car, weed, a pack of gum.
So I'm assuming you must be working hard everyday fighting for legalization, with your bleeding heart and all.
And that has what to do with the cost of eggs in China?

I hope your writing letters everyday to the starving people in other countries, I mean how can you eat dinner everynight and not feel guilty? Give US a break.

I expect Smokentoke has the necessary IQ of 20 to tell the difference between wild cannabis and deliberately grown. If it's deliberately grown, it's going to be hidden, with several other plants, healthy etc. Of course it grows naturally, where do you think it came from in the first place?
