one leaf is bright yellow at the end does anyone know why please

I have 10x9 day old plants and the smallest one dosent seem to be growing and the bottom leaves the rounded ones one of them is really bright yellow on the tip does anyone know what this could be please. I thought maybe a nutrient deficiency but the soil i bought from grow shop is supposed to have everything it needs and it cant have used all the nutrients in 9 days can it ? :confused:

it is most likely because the leaf tip is touching the ground now and then. When watering it is common for the leaves to be dipped into the dirt...they dont like that.

but all the lower leaves will be dead in time...no sweat.

Thanks alot m8 im happy now. I am such a muppet i just noticed little bits of blue plastic in the pots looked up and i havent took the plastic sheet off the hps cover and its drippin luckily it hasn't hit the plants and burnted them. I'v had to try and peel the burnted plastic off the light cover i got most of it but some i cant get so im gona have to let it melt off i think. I had to peel it off do it with the normal light on as the hps is far to hot to touch while on even with my hardcore gloves streight after was the dark 6 hours could this affect the plants cos i thought the lower powered light would just resemble the sun slowly going down. Crop still looks good tho im lucky so far.

Man be very fricking careful with that light surface.

Never fuck with it when its on or hot.
