i have a 3 month old plant i just got a soft white 150 watt spiral light bulb with a 2900lumens out put is that enough for a succsesful grow its 14 inches high and can i start the 12/12 now if i wanted

No way. I don't think it would do very much AT ALL alone. You need more. at least get one or two more of those. And I'm guessing HPS is out of the question. So yea go get 20 dollars and go get 2 more.

Not shure but i think it stands for high power sodium and i got mine off the internet it was about 80 pound which is 120 euros or 120 dollars for 600w just try to find a grow shop in your area or in your country with google and order online thats what i did.
