Heres my top heavy plant....should I top it or tie it down for light on the lower leaves?

see, that plant looks strong to me, it doesn't appear to be drooping, i think it's just leaning toward the light...you need your light hovering directly over the top of the plants...they will always "look" directly at the light, they will point at it, they're trying to optimize the amount of exposure to light on their leaves...

and no, there's no female pistils...are they getting more than 12 hours of light a day? they need at least 12 hours of darkness per day to start flowering

your doing fine. Looks nice. set it to flower mode now. that is gonna be a biggy, cause it will stretch in flowering. be ready, and unless that top bends over facing the ground don't worry. It is probably stretching towards the light. try rotating hte crop and see what happens.
