:o Please take a few minutes to help us all answer some questions. By attempting to integrate various points of view we can resolve how to educate the young about medicinal marijuana. I'm thinking this will be an everchanging and progressive lesson for us all. Please relate how you think we need to approach this. It will better prepare us for the day that youngin' asks. For an eight year old asking about why I'm acting livelier and laughing more than before, what do I say? Would story form be better? If so, what's the theme? Is it a good idea to ask them to help you draw characters for(or from) your story? Game ideas? What can we use to keep their interest while relating the truth as compared to what most of our society has been fed and believes? I hope you can help me show the benificial medical, pysical, mental, spiritual properties of marijuana. Lets show them it's a better life for all involved with herbal remedies versus pharmaceutical medications/
street drugs
or alcohol. Thanks

Great thread dumpy man. I hope you don't mind that I put those thoughts in here.
GHoSToKeR I don't think so. If you at least keep using your paper napkin to dab your chin once in a while if you insist on eating those brains, we'll be glad your here. Just keep things tidy, OK?
4252 Glad you're here, too.
dumpy man, where's west mids?

I swear it was a mistake. What a way to meet someone! Well, at least it wasn't a car crash or something. I've heard of people meeting that way.

Well, I first fired up in 1971 or was it 1972, started growing shortly after that.
I plan on smoking till the day i die. I love to be apart of any get-together, heck , we could even have one at my place , out in the Louisiana swamps, bring bug spray and snake repellant, LOL

Your ability to edit a post expires after 5 minutes. Dunno if that time period is longer for Cafe members or not.

Thanks Beeblebrox.420. That's good to know next time.
I first started smoking the herb that came back with the Vietnam Vets.
After that I was too busy raising 3 kids on my own to do much of that. Now it's my prescribed medicine. Hurray for progress! It helps keep my migraines to a minimum, eases pain and helps me enjoy life so much more.:D
And to notanovice and anyone else with the age question: Our spirit doesn't seem to age with the years. Sometimes I'm surprised when I look in the mirror because that same spirit I had as a kid and a teenager is still there somewhere. We are the same person inside as we used to be. Think about it.
We can all talk on here, it might be something the younger ones will get tired of, but I'd sure like to hear what they have to say. If it's an occasional :) "Hi", that's good too. I think it boils down to who you can relate to. As I've grown older I've learned there are some very old souls in young bodies and the other way around.

Hi duppy man! Sorry it took so long for me to see that. I just found your post. For some reason I'm not always notified when someone posts.
I'm healing a broken toe. I hit a big chair with my right foot not looking where I was going, looked down to see my little toe going the wrong direction. I instantly pushed it back to as close as I could get it somewhat normal looking and THEN I thought about what had just happened. I'm better now. That was a week and a half ago. I'm on Dr's orders to sit around with my feet up. Impossible, but a nice thought. I had sprained both ankles about two weeks before that. The left one still hurts and it gets more strain since I don't use the cruthes like I should. But, I'm healing. Inside and out. My medicine helps allot.
I'm not usually like that. I think my higher self did this to stop me from going down the aisle again. Now that I'm sure I won't be doing that, I can focus on healing.
I hope you're doing fine.
Did you send your letters to the legislators? Please do. If you need more info, I'll help find it.
