im thinking about being crazy and trying nutmeg this summer

It seems like most I've read says it gives you a headache and a barely noticable buzz. I've heard eating it is better than smoking.

i went to the store today and they were out of whole nutmeg. maybe it's a sign. but we have ground nutmeg at my house...

you might want to take it with some sesame seeds or a little bit of laxative to help digest it . It is also really hard on the liver and a sickening experience. There have also been reports of death from overdose so I wouldent take it.

i never done nutmeg before or plan to but couldnt u just put the ground nutmeg in empty capsules seems like it would be a lot eaiser and no nausea
