I might have a drug test in a a week (urine) and I smoked yesterday... Should I drink water to dilute urine or be safe and tape someone elses urine on my leg in a condom? Any other suggestions would be helpful

I'd say drink a bunch of water and green tea, especially the night before the test. Try the condom thing if it's safe enough. GL

some of the newer urine cups have a thermo strip that will tell them the temp of the urine if its under the allowed amount you will have to redo you would be safer using a blocker aval all over the freakin place including this web page good luck hope it works out for you but if it's for a job you might want to consider working for a company that respects your privacy just a thought

if you are getting drug tests on a regular basis you should stick to drugs that have a short lifespan within your body, like coke.

well cannabonoids (sp?) remains in your system anywhere from 20-90 days, i have read/heard this. it also depends on the duration of your use and your body fat, thc and such are stored in fatty tissue. good luck!

Drink between half to a gallon of water a day. And lots of green tea as well. If you don't have a lot of body fat, you'll be fine, especially if you only smoked a little, the water should take care of it, if you smoked a lot and fequently, then thats different. Go to GNC and ask for the Blue Drink, they'll know what you're talking about, it works.

My girlfriend and her friend got piss tested about a month ago. Her friend had to redo the test because her urine was way too deluted because she drank so much water trying to get it out of her system, so if you drink water day and night you may have enough time to delute the test and then have a little bit more to clean it out.
