Found pills..anyone know?

I dunno what these are, i'm not gonna pop them or anything but on the pill it 'says' Pentasa", they are 500 mg and on the label say 5-Aminosalicylic Acid 500. Anyone have a clue what the hell these things are? anything posted would be great. thanks.

They are used to treat inflammatory disorders of the small and large intestine and other inflammatory disorders. Where did you find them ?
