Ok, I live in a small 2 bed room Apt right in the middle of Down Town. My mother in-law is a cop. I have already built a grow box to put in our closet since no one ever goes in there, however I am kinda worried about odor when the time comes. and I would hate for my mother-in-law to some how find it.

Ok, so my mother lives about 30 mins from me on 5 acres of land in the mountains of NC. I visit her about 2wice a month and she is as clueless as our beloved president.

So I was thinking of doing an outdoor grow out in the middle of the woods at her place. She would never know because she never goes out into the woods and she lives about 50 miles from town and her closest neighbor is about 5 miles up the road. (God I wish I still lived there. This would be perfect)

So what are my chances of having a good growth if I germinated here and then planted there and lust let nature take its corse? (Only able to check it every 2 weeks or longer.)

The forest is full of pine trees but there are lots of small open places so that my plant can get lots of sun and rain. The gorund is kinda rocky but could I dig a hole and fill it with potting soil?

Oh and there is a fresh mountain water spring that runs down the mountain that I could plant next to.

Any ideas?

Thanks

animals might eat the seedlings. Could have a sick plant and its too late to help.

try to visit it more than 2 weeks at a time.

Thats what I worry about. I cant get out there more offten. With gas cost and working. it' shard to get time.

As for animals. I was thinking of placing chicken wire around the area the help keep the big animals out (deer, dogs, ect.) I don't know about small animals (Squirls, rodents, ect.)

cut soap into chunks and spread around. any human smell will deter most animals. also make sure you harden off your plants by bringing them outside for an hour or two and then gradually leaving them outside longer. germing outside is good so plants are automatically aclimated.otherwise it sound like a great setup. you dont need to water at all if u use the right ammendments in the soil. nc mountains are great for growing ive tasted some in my day and ive never been dissapointed. peace

Ok, so that I dont fuck this up. I am assumeing you dont mean to place the soap too close to the plant. right. Sorry to sound so stupid.

yeah just place 2,3,4 feet away all around your shit. even if it did get in the soil i cant see a small strip or piece hurting it. also try using a different brand every 2-3 weeks (dove then irish spring) just to keep those bastards on their toes.
