DOES THIS LOOK ANY GOOD??

This is my first grow and i want to know if the set up is any good there is a 80 w flouro bulb in there at the moment will have a long floro in there very soon

yea they went in 2 days ago and they still aint got through the soil??? is that good or bad??

my uncle gave them to me he gave me about 30 of them some are real small though so i used some of the bigger darker seeds , they split open when i germed them but only a little root came from them so fingers crossed they will grow , i havent looked at them today cause the missis is in and i dont want her to find out i will have a look later and see how there doing!!!
