how many lumens

does any body know how many lumens ill will need produce say per plant or square feet of room?

Since the lumens differ greatly with vertical or horizontal distance from the lamp I will just say that I go with about 1800 to 2000 lumens at the tops and I cook with 50 watts per square foot of MH and HPS combined.
