NL DAY 30 vegg

heres one of my nl day 30 vegg....u guys think shes ready for flower or should i hold back another 30 days ?

Looking good, but I'd give it about another 15-30 days before you start flowering.

i dunno GTC....havent decided yet..what do u guys think ? i only have 400w mh to flower with so id hate to top all of them and then not have enuff room ....any comments apprecated

topping is a sort of pruneing method...it is where u wait till the plant gets good size ( say 5 or more branches...u then pluck off the begining of the next set of leaves coming up witch will start 2 growth branches instead of one

i think you should try a different bulb like philips son-t or master son-t.after 30 days your plants should be well ready to go on to flowering light.metal halide only gives out the colours of summer and is not ideal for flowering son-t bulbs are high pressure sodium and give out the colour of autum the light the plant needs to create optimum buds.i usually only veg my plants for 2 weeks. i use huge pots with miracle-gro soil and usually work out with 2 to 3 oz per plant trust me more root space more bud.

well Stoned 1 i thank you for that advice....But my delemma is this ...ive sank all the money i can for right now on all the supplys for this grow....lights soil ferts seeds u know the rap....im not sure what kinda fixture those bulbs u mentioned needs but im on compacts now witch have so far made me some nice compact smelly plants....as far as the flowering now thing my breeder and many others say vegg the other 30 days b.c there barely a foot tall now.....thanks for your imput tho = ) and thanks for viewing the PPP Journal

yea i would definatly leave it another 30 days as for topping u get more but slightly smaller buds if u dont top u get less but bigger buds but if u r struggling for room i wouldnt top them.
